Damaged or Incorrect Products

Refunds

If your refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method. The refund may take several business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

For returns due to a change of mind or other reasons not caused by an error on our part, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
